Edinburgh Conference News: the dates for the forthcoming conference, to be held at the University of Edinburgh , are 13-15 November 2009, as agreed at the Canterbury AGM. To date, we have two guest speakers: Geoffrey Ribbans and Carme Riera.

We encourage all members to come to the conference and take advantage of this excellent opportunity to hear stimulating papers, engage in lively discussion and enjoy meeting with colleagues and friends. Conference delegates will also have the chance to visit the beautiful city of Edinburgh !

The approximate cost of the conference is to be £80 (£40 for students), including the Annual Lunch fee, and participants are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation. A list of hotels, etc. will be placed on the web site nearer the time, however, 30 rooms are available on the university campus, near to the conference venue, at the price of £60-£80 per day. Further information on accommodation will be published at a later date on the Society's web site.
